The diatom project:
The project was born during a presentation of my watches to Alex VOYER, captain of the sailing boat Diatomée, two years ago. As we live on the banks of the Canal de l’Ourcq, a few kilometres away, we met and Alex, who is passionate about watchmaking, especially diving watches, discussed it at length and, between knocking on the door, the alchemy of watchmaking took place, and the project was born.

Diatomée is a large sailing boat which allows us to travel from the poles to the tropics with the aim of raising awareness of the marine environment through the crossed views of scientists, children, athletes and artists who will come along on its expeditions.

The idea is to invite personalities with a particular attachment to water, to create a collective to develop projects rich in challenges, learning and artistic creation.

We put our knowledge in the fields we love (sailing, freediving, animals, image production), to set up expeditions, reports, our way of seeing the world, in the quietest and craziest corners of the planet.

We also collaborate with schools that follow our adventures and discover with us the wealth of the oceans to better protect them.
